Rated 2 out of 5 by from Most of the content was ok - lots of reading and skimming. The assessments were garbage. As an educator myself, the only thing you should be assessing are real case studies that involve everyday knowledge of an appraiser. This would help applicants take what they've learned and apply it to a scenario. Multiple choice quizzes involving nonsense questions like "how is the appraisal subcommittee funded?" is useless. When will someone ever have to apply that knowledge in the field?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Course material is very easy to follow. Instructor did a great job putting the complex principles into a realistic example that was clear and understandable.
