When you are logged into your dashboard, find the course that you wish to add additional state credite in your “My Courses” section. Click the down arrow next to “Certificates” on that course. An additional link will appear “Add Certificate”.
You will be redirected to a new window that has a “Request for Additional Licenses” and a list of licenses that you have currently recorded in your account. You can select one, all or some of those options. Click “Save to Cart” and you will be redirected to the cart where additional credit will be added at no charge. If you haven’t added any licenses to your account – there is also a link do update that information before proceeding. Simply click on “Dispay/edit your License Profile to add your license information.
If you wish to add additional credit for a course you will have to follow this process for each course you wish to add credit for.
