How does a CE livestream class work?

Livestream is a live class where participants interact and engage with a live instructor in real time in an online setting through a video conferencing platform.

Each student logs in on their own device. Attendance is taken at the beginning of class, and requires students to remain on camera during the entire class. 100% attendance and participation is required – you cannot do other activities while attending this course.

You’ll enjoy all the interactivity of a classroom and the best thing is – just like in a classroom course – there are no exams to complete.*

*For The Laws and Regulations for California Appraisers Course, an exam is required to be taken and passed in order to receive continuing education credit.
