When you formally complete a course (this includes completing all chapters, quizzes, the final assessment, and the completion survey), your course will reflect a “Completed” status and move to “Completed Courses” on your MyMcKissock page (you may need to refresh the page to see this status).
Once each course component is confirmed as completed, our internal system records your course status as “completed.” This allows proper reporting of completion hours to your state (where applicable).
Some states require additional documentation before we can submit roster completion information. See if your state requires additional documentation.
NOTE: If the course status bar in the lower left-hand side says 100% complete you may still need to click through the last couple pages (survey and referral page) for our system to register a course completion status.
