How does McKissock know when I have completed an online course?

If your course is 100% complete, our system lets us know that you have completed. This allows proper reporting of completion hours to your state (where applicable).

It is important that you make sure that your course truly is 100% complete. To do that, log in to your dashboard and find the course card in question. You should see 100% for your progress on that course card. You should also be able to download a certificate. If that is the case, you’re all set!

If you’re course does not read 100%, open it up and follow the directions on the screen. Make sure that you complete the course survey as well.
