Please allow up to 2 business days (M-F) for your required document to be processed upon receipt. States that require us to send rosters often have designated reporting days. Once your required document is processed, your roster information will be sent on the next designated reporting day.
Exams that are required to be sent in by mail may take 5-14 days to reach us. For this reason we recommend that you employ a shipping service that allows you to track your packages. McKissock is not liable for any exams that get lost in the mail.
NOTE: If we report rosters to your state please allow up to 48 hours for that information to reflect with the state from the time of reporting.
