I am stuck in a quiz, how do I get past it?

  1. Once your quiz is complete you should see the following options listed below.Quiz Attempts
  2. If your quiz was passed click “Continue” and this will load your next chapter in the course.
  3. If you did not meet the required passing score you can choose “Review Chapter Info” to go back over the information before retaking the quiz, or “Take Review Quiz” to retake the quiz.
  4. If for some reason when you click on “Continue” it does not bring you to the next chapter of the course please contact a member of our Customer Loyalty Team at 800-328-2008.

Also, we do suggest using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for your internet browser when loading the McKissock website and courses. Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer do not always have all of the navigational buttons available.
