What is the cancellation/refund policy?

At McKissock Learning, we’re committed to providing the ultimate learning experience, which is why we back every purchase with our satisfaction guarantee. Our commitment to quality education promises peace of mind when selecting any of our courses.

Online courses

Starting from the date of purchase, students have 30 days to request a refund.

Livestream and Classroom courses

  • Students must request a refund within 24 hours from the first day of the Livestream or Classroom course to receive a refund.
  • Students can swap to a self-paced online course if they no longer qualify for a refund.
  • Livestream and Classroom students who do not attend class – whether one or multiple classes – will not receive a refund.

All modalities

  • If a course is completed, it does not qualify for a refund.
  • If the student purchased a membership or package and completed at least one for-credit course, a refund is no longer available for the entire membership or package.
  • Textbooks, manuals, and shipping are non-refundable. All refunds will be less the retail pric of any included textbooks and manuals.
