When will McKissock need to have formal partnerships with associations in order to offer NAR Code of Ethics training courses online?

Beginning Jan 1, 2022, all course providers will need to have developed formal association partnerships in order to offer the course online. A formal partnership means a local or state association of REALTORS® has vetted a course provider (i.e. real estate school, Code of Ethics educators, etc.), and confirmed that the provider’s course meets NAR’s mandatory learning requirements.
