You will immediately know if you pass Part One after completing the 50 multiple-choice questions.
If you do not pass Part One on your first attempt, you’ll be allowed a second attempt to pass. The questions are randomly pulled from a collection of exam questions and may significantly differ from the initial exam questions.
After successfully completing Part One, you will gain access to the instructions for completing a PV Value® report on an example property and will submit the completed report for grading.
If you fail Part Two, you will be notified and will be allowed the opportunity to revise or correct your PV Value® report and resubmit it for grading.
