No, you do not need a webcam to take a non-credit webinar. You can ask questions and participate via a live chat during the webinar. Livestream classes taken for credit do require a webcam and students must be on camera the entire class. More

If you take a webinar in a state that has mandatory reporting, your hours will be reported the same as if you took a classroom or online course. More
