Beginning with renewals for the 2021 license year, to renew a Home Inspector license, the licensee must:

Complete 15 hours of approved continuing education per year.

For renewals of licenses for the year 2021, the licensee must have, in the last two years, completed at least three hours of continuing education dedicated to writing Home Inspection reports. These hours will count towards the 15 hours of continuing education required for that year.

Licensees must retain proof of completion of this requirement for three years.
