Active Home Inspector’s must complete 40 hours of approved CE during each full licensure renewal period by August 31 odd-numbered years.

If this is your first renewal, and you are licensed:
- less than one year – you are not required to do CE
- more than one year, but less than two years – you are required to complete 20 hours of approved CE

The Delaware Board of Home Inspectors accepts courses approved by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). The courses offered by McKissock have been approved by ASHI to meet the requirements of a home inspector.
