Online Info

Kentucky Home Inspectors are required to complete 28 hours of continuing education every 2 years. 


Of the 28 hours 3 hours must be in Kentucky Laws and 3 hours on Report Writing.

Online Limitations

The following continuing education courses be completed face-to-face: Manufactured Housing, Kentucky Law, and Report Writing. All other continuing education courses may be completed online.
