OC: Illinois Statutes and Rules for Professional Engineers

19
The Illinois Compiled Statutes are a collection of state laws that are organized by their relevant subject area into a series made up of chapters and sections. Chapter 225 ILCS 325, “Professional Engineering Practice Act of 1989” was passed into law by the Illinois General Assembly in order to regulate the practice of engineering in the State of Illinois. Despite its name listing the date as 1989, it is consistently updated by laws that create new statutory material, delete outdated material, and modify material to reflect new information or requirements. In this course, you will explore the Professional Engineering Practice Act of 1989.
