Online Info

Nebraska Professional Engineers are required to take 30 professional development hours every 24 months. One hour must be directly related to ethical issues of professional practice. 

McKissock web-based offerings may not constitute any more than 7.5hrs of the continuing education requirement for professional engineers.

Online Limitations

Licensees may only take 25% (7.5 hours) though online providers that are not approved by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).  If a provider is approved by IACET, then licensees may take 100% of their hours through web-based courses with that provider.
