License Expiration Date: December 31st each year.
Continuing Education Renewal Date: September 30th each year.
Renewal for the upcoming year must be completed by September 30th of the current year to avoid penalty. After September 30th, renewal can be completed with a penalty assessed.
If an active license is not renewed for the upcoming calendar year prior to December 31st of the current year, the license will automatically become expired on January 1st.
Hours Required by Arkansas Real Estate Commission: 7 hours.

Salespersons are required to complete this course as part of their annual CE requirement. Associate Brokers can choose whether to complete the required broker course or the required salesperson course. Principal and Executive Brokers may complete the required salesperson course; however, they cannot receive credit for completing the salesperson course.
Post-Licensure Education Requirement: Post-licensing education must be completed no later than the end of the sixth month following the broker’s or salesperson’s initial licensure date. Salespersons must complete eighteen hours. Brokers must complete thirty hours. The continuing education requirement will begin after your first renewal of an active real estate license.
Expiration Date of Course: Course expiration dates vary but are generally 6 months after enrollment date.
Certificate: With few exceptions, online course completion certificates are available for download at course conclusion and posted directly to your student dashboard.
