License Expiration Date: September 30th each year.
Continuing Education Renewal Date: December 31st each year.
If an active license is not renewed for the upcoming calendar year prior to December 31st of the current year, the license will automatically become expired on January 1st.
Hours Required by Arkansas Real Estate Commission: 7 hours.

o Limiting Risk to Preserve Personal Safety for Agents and Clients (1 hour)
o Arkansas Mandatory Course Topic (3 hours)

Principal and Executive Brokers are required to complete this course as a part of their annual CE requirement. Associate Brokers can choose whether to complete the required broker course or the required salesperson course. Salespersons may not complete the required broker course, whether for credit or not for credit.
Post-Licensure Education Requirement: Post-licensing education must be completed no later than the end of the sixth month following the broker’s or salesperson’s initial licensure date. Salespersons must complete eighteen hours. Brokers must complete thirty hours. The continuing education requirement will begin after your first renewal of an active real estate license.
Expiration Date of Course: Course expiration dates vary but are generally 6 months after enrollment date.
Certificate: With few exceptions, online course completion certificates are available for download at course conclusion and posted directly to your student dashboard.
