Here's what you need to renew your Maryland Real Estate license

Maryland Real Estate: Broker, Designated Broker, Team Leader

Online Info

All Brokers, Designated Brokers, and Team Leaders are required to complete 15 hours of CE each renewal cycle. 

Residential and Commercial Licensees must take 3 hours in Legislative, 3 hours in Agency, 3 hours in Broker Supervision and 3 hours in Ethics. Licensees with a Residential Designation must also complete an additional 1.5 credit hour in Fair Housing.

There is no limitation to the number of courses that may be taken online
