Maryland Sales Agents and Associate Brokers are required to complete 15 hours of CE each renewal cycle.

All Residential and Commercial Licensees must complete 3 hours in Ethics, 3 hours in Agency, and 3 hours in Legislative. Licensees with a Residential Designation must also complete an additional 1.5 hour in Fair Housing.

There are no limits to the number of hours that may be taken online.
