A New Look at Contract Law has earned an average of 4.53 out of 5 stars from 13468 ratings.
This course provides a unique look at contracts, from the history to the evolution, from definitions to types, and from Sale and Purchase to Loan Assumption Addendum. In the first chapter, students will study the history and origins of contract law and the reason contracts are important, as well as review the Uniform Commercial Code, the Statute of Frauds, mutual assent, offers, and types of contracts. Chapter two covers the essential elements of a contract, such as mutual assent, consideration, legal object, and capacity to contract. This chapter also highlights operation of law, interpretation of contracts, breach of contract, and remedies to a breach. Chapter three is the final chapter, which details common terms associated with contracts, the format of a contract, and practice of law. The last part of chapter three provides examples of different contracts for students. The chapter ends with a final exam.
Does this course qualify for the Professional Standard Conduct. This is what the OK Real Estate Comm. told me it had to be.

When looking at our website the approval numbers will start with three letters. To know which ones count for which topic, you can check our licensing information page that will show what each set of letters stands for.
Broker Relationships (BRA)
Code and Rules (CAR)
Contracts and Forms (CON)
Fair Housing (FHR)
Hot Topic (HOT) (will consist of a variety of issues ranging from Code and Rule updates to major industry concerns)
Professional Conduct (PSC)
So, the Contracts and Forms (CON) requirement can be met with the course A New Look at Contract Law. I hope this helps!
