Missouri Real Estate: Brokers and Broker-Associate
Online Info
Continuing Education and Renewal Date: June 30th even years.
Hours Required by MREC: 12 hours
•3 mandatory hours
o3 hours in a Commission-approved core course*
•9 elective hours
Expiration Date of Course: Course expiration dates vary but are generally 6 months after enrollment date.
Certificate: With few exceptions, online course completion certificates are available for download at course conclusion and posted directly to your student dashboard.
Seat Time: The Missouri Real Estate Commission requires that all students spend a minimum amount of seat time engaged in the course content. Our online course delivery system manages this requirement for you.
