Welcome to the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commercial Required Module. This is a seven hour course approved for continuing education credit.
This course will cover those issues which are most important when dealing with commercial leases in Pennsylvania. Important documents such as the letter of intent and the Agreement of Sale are detailed. Environmental issues and the EPA All Appropriate Inquiries Rule are explained. There is extensive discussion of leases, property management, tenant fit out, using the BOMA industry standards of measurement, the §1031 exchange process, and zoning.
