Wyoming Real Estate License Renewal

Continuing Education and Renewal Date: Every 3 years on December 31st.*

*A newly issued, active license shall be renewed by December 31 of the year in which it was issued. Completed continuing education hours for a newly issued, active license are not required. This renewal starts the licensee on a three (3) year renewal cycle.

Hours Required by the Wyoming Real Estate Commission: 53 hours.

•32 mandatory hours*
    -WYREQ03: Fair Housing & Anti-Trust (4 hours)
    -WYREQ04: Real Estate Management & Technology (4 hours)
    -WYREQ05: Marketing, Advertising and Social Media Compliance (4 hours)
    -WYREQ06: Valuation and Finance (4 hours)
    -WYREQ08: Agency and Contracts (8 hours)
    -WYREQBRM: Broker Management Class (8 hours)
•21 elective hours

Expiration Date of Course: Course expiration dates vary but are generally 6 months after enrollment date. Licensees must complete a course within one year of the enrollment date, per the Wyoming Real Estate Commission.

Certificate: With few exceptions, online course completion certificates are available for download at course conclusion and posted directly to your student dashboard.
