Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really enjoyed the video guy (Dan?) - his videos were easy to understand and visibly showed what appraisers should be looking for and how to properly do things when appraising/inspecting a residential property. i would like to see more videos from him :)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I was unhappy when I reached the end of the course that the final exam had 30 questions when all the chapter exams had 3 - 5 questions. I don't think I was suitably prepared for the final exam by the previous exams which were relatively easy & the final was NOT. I'm especially peeved that you had two trick questions regarding "When must an opinion of highest and best use be developed in an appraisal?" I answered, "In every appraisal" because that is what your courses keep drilling into us. We MUST analysis the highest and best use for every appraisal report! and then you make the "correct" answer state that its only "when necessary for credible assignment results in developing a market value opinion." That is by definition a TRICK QUESTION AND a cheap shot. And to ask it twice in the same exam.
