With content designed to meet the requirements of the Appraiser Qualifications Board as part of the required Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria, this 15-hour course explores the fundamentals of site valuation and cost approach. It fulfills one of the elements of the AQB’s Required Core Curriculum for Licensed Residential Real Property Appraiser Classification and the Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser Classification. At the end of the course there is a required one-hour proctored exam that must take place in a monitored setting.

Course access is available for 6 months from the day it is opened. All courses, regardless of whether they have been opened, expire two years from the date of purchase. Extensions are available for purchase within 30 days of a course expiring. No extensions will be granted after this period.
