Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommended talking to an advisor (Mckissock) for course priority. In my case I completed USPAP course of instruction first, which made no sense. I ended up taking the course twice just to understand the content, Then taking the new two course Principles and Procedures, made a whole lot more sense. I would recommend taking Principles/Procedures then the USPAP. The course flows better and builds on each lesson. Same goes for Residential Market and highest and best use and Site Valuation and Cost Approach. Recommend taking Site Valuation first then Residential Market. Everything will make a lot more sense.
