*Membership agreement:
- 24-month (two-year) commitment required at the time of purchase.
- At the end of 24 months, your membership will auto-renew for another 24 months (two-years).
- You have 30 days to cancel after the initial purchase or auto-renew.
- If any for-credit course is completed, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
- Installment payments of $399 will be charged at the initial purchase and again 12 months later.
- If your payment fails and you purchase a new membership, the failed payment will be collected at the time of purchase.
- Memberships canceled before fulfilling your 24-month commitment will be charged the full price.
If you have been a member in good standing for 2 years and have made all your membership payments, simply contact customer service at 800.328.2008 us prior to your renewal date to cancel the continuous access and to stop the auto-recurring billing for the next payment. Any uncompleted courses will be cancelled at that time.
