My membership didn’t auto-renew because my credit card changed or did not go through. How can I regain access to my membership?

The next time you login to your account, you should get a pop-up immediately that tells you that your card did not go through and gives you the fields to enter in a new card number, or re-enter the current card and run the charges.

Once that payment goes through your access will resume.

You can also call customer service at 800.328.2008 and they can assist you with your membership.
