To request a refund, you would need to contact one of our Education Specialist at 1-800-328-2008. For pre-licensing courses, once you open a course you have one week to request a refund if the course does not meet your expectations. If you have not opened the course, you have up to one month to request a refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your continuing education, professional development, or post-licensing courses you must contact us within 24 hours to request a refund. For courses enrolled in courses with a membership, you have one week to request a full refund if you have opened courses and one month if none of your courses have been opened.
