Some of our memberships come with an auto-renew feature. This is stated when enrolling in the membership.

You may of course call customer service at 1-800-328-2008 to cancel auto-renew at any time.

If your subscription auto-renewed and you do not want another year of the membership please contact customer service right away to cancel.
