As a Trainee Appraiser, you’ll work under a Supervisor Appraiser to gain the work experience required to become a licensed or certified real estate appraiser. Here’s an overview of the steps to become a Trainee Appraiser in Mississippi:
Step 1: Complete the required education.
You’ll need to pass 79 hours of Mississippi trainee-level qualifying education, including three Basic Qualifying Education courses and a Supervisor/Trainee course:
