If you can’t see your McKissock courses when you log in to your account, here are some ways to solve for it:
- Clear your cache and cookies (Internet Explorer, FireFox, Chrome)
- If you are running Internet Explorer you will want to disable compatibility view
- If clearing your cache and cookies does not work, you will want to make sure JavaScript is enabled
- If you still can’t see your list try an alternate browser
Please note that some businesses have firewalls and custom security settings that won’t allow our software to work properly. If none of the above options work or you are not able to change settings, then you will need your IT department to add McKissock to the Firewall or trusted sites list.
