Your completion certificate will normally be available to print from your student dashboard withing 24-48 hours after your onsite class concludes.  Similar to a livestream or webinar class.  If you do no see your completion certificate after 72 hours, please reach out to us at 800.328.2008. More

If you take an onsite classroom course in a state that has mandatory reporting, your hours will be reported the same as if you took a livestream, online or webinar course. More

In most cases, no exam is required.  That includes USPAP.  The exception would be the California required Law class has a required examination – no matter the format the class is taken. More

In most cases, attendance is taken a few minutes after class resumes.  You are generally told when your breaks will be and what time you must return to class. Tardiness of more than a few minutes could result in a loss of credit for that class.  It is important to be on time. More

You don’t have to bring anything other than yourself and your photo ID.  You could bring a laptop, tablet or paper if you wish to take notes.  You will be provided with some in-class handouts that you may also write on. More
